Traditional Cup Size Mindset

I found this today on FB, this is the perfect example of incorrect fit.




You see the before photo? This is an excellent photo of boob overflow or quad. The cup is far too small and is scrunched under the boob. The after photo is not better as there is no support.


There are several other before and after photo's of the band riding up including a video of a clip where the question was asked, " Do the underwires dig into your skin?" - which is another example of too small of cup.

There was a thread of discussion about the garment above below the video. A few called it a "sports bra".
