Some women do like a lined or padded cup for support , because their boobs are heavy.

There should be no 'under boob' wearing the bra. If the boob is coming out below under the wire , the cup does Not fit. The underwire should fit comfortably in the IMF - or the soft part right under the boob and before the ribcage.  And the boob should be comfortably In the cup with no spill over (quad) on top of the cup , under the arm Or under the wire.
