Fitting "Tip"

I read about a woman's fitting today, she gave tip's that she learned from her fitting. The first 'tip', " The undergarment needs to be on the tightest setting, the band will stretch so it needs to be snug to start" .. -
The undergarment needs to be on the loosest setting, and it should be snug on the loosest setting. If it's on the tightest setting when new and snug on the tightest setting - loose on the loosest setting, the band is too big.
Also. if the new undergarment start's on the tightest setting (which is snug), when the band start's to get loose from wear, there will be no hook's to go to for the next setting.
First hook is snug (new), as you wear the bra and it loosens with wear / time, the next hook the bra is snug again.
A great tip: hand wash your bra's in cool water, gentle towel blot and air dry - your bras will last for years.
